During my recent stay in Sapa, I experienced a unique blend of traditional charm and modern conveniences that made for an enjoyable trip. The hotel we chose had a prime city-center location, making it easy to explore nearby eateries and shops. One highlight was the attentive and accommodating staff, notably Oanh and Haieu at the reception, who went out of their way to assist with everything from transportation arrangements to providing insights on local attractions. They genuinely seemed to care about making our stay comfortable. I appreciated the spacious suite with spectacular mountain views, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. While breakfast was included in my stay—though technically complimentary—it was a nice touch to start the day nutritionally. With amenities like dry cleaning services and a relaxing bar on-site, this hotel truly caters to the needs of its guests. I left feeling satisfied and well taken care of, which is always a plus when traveling.
